Fit for Purpose Score as at: 2018-09-30
90 / 10 / 0 ( 213 ) 76 / 82
Here is how to read the F4P vector, from right to left:
- 82 - The number of clients who received my Kanban trainings (Foundation and Cadences)
- 76 - Out of 82 clients, this many filled and returned the evaluation form ( 76 in this example.)
- 213 - The 76 clients returned a total of 213 fit for purpose reasons for selecting my Kanban classes
- 0 - Of the 213 reported purposes, 0 percent case(s) (1 out of 213 is 0 percent) for which the customer gave an unsatisfactory rating of 2,1 or 0 - significant gaps between expectations and value received
- 10 - Of the same 213 reported purposes, the clients scored 10% (21 out of 213) with a score of 3. Those are to be considered as neutral - expectations mostly met - but with some reservations.
- 90 - Out of the 213 reported purposes, the customers scored 90% of them (192 out of 213) as being 4 or 5: meeting or exceeding expectations
